Flor is originally from Mexico and moved to California in 2001. She discovered her passion for the Health and Natural Food Industry in 2003, when she started working for Mother’s Market & Kitchen in Orange County, CA.
While at Mother’s Market, she was surrounded with a great team who supported her growth and development of new skills. She moved into an Assistant Buyer position, where she helped get some of the most innovative organic brands on shelf. Mother's Market is also where she found a passion for helping herself and others by having an awareness of the impact our choices have on the environment and our future.
Flor's life goal is to continue learning and striving to make this world a better place to live and continue to advocate for people with disabilities, which is very personal to her. She now lives in Massachusetts with her son, husband and little furry friend. She enjoys spending time with family, visiting new places, farmer’s markets, long walks, especially by the beach, and running. She also found a new love for photography, but she is still very new at it.
Henry was born and raised outside of Baltimore, Maryland and found his way to Vermont to study agriculture at University of Vermont. After graduation Henry worked on a variety of grass-based and organic dairy farms including running his own raw milk micro-dairy for several years. Henry remains passionate about organic and regenerative agriculture but chose to shift his focus towards sales and marketing of natural and organic products.
Most recently Henry had been Sales Manager at Kimball Brook Farm one of Vermont’s most recognized organic dairy and CBD beverage brands. Henry managed Kimball Brook’s network of retailers and distributor partners throughout the Northeast and North Atlantic and helped introduce their line of CBD teas and lemonades. Henry continues to feel passionately about supporting responsible agriculture, food entrepreneurs, and increasing the availability of healthy food to the masses.
In his free time Henry enjoys gardening, raising laying hens, baking, hiking and camping with his partner and dogs.

Marla grew up in New Jersey, and made her way up to Massachusetts to teach and help pioneer after school programming at a start-up independent middle school. While teaching, she realized she could have a bigger impact on the girls through coaching and mentoring them in health, sports, and overall wellness.
Following her teaching gig, Marla was inspired to start a healthy snack food company in Boston called Enerchi Bites. She immersed herself in Boston’s natural food business ecosystem and developed valuable relationships with like-minded founders, retailers, and small business owners. Marla had a blast learning the nuts and bolts of running a food business, but ultimately decided to focus on the aspect she excelled at: establishing relationships and growing them. Today, Marla continues to pursue her passion for supporting food entrepreneurs and promoting healthier food products in her community.
In her free time, Marla loves to experiment in the kitchen, spend time with friends and family, teach and practice yoga, cycle, and hike and explore new places to ski tour with her husband and dog.
