Jorge Santiago joins Yin Yang Naturals with over 15 years of experience in the natural foods and products industry. He recently worked with Alliance Sales & Marketing as a Territory Manager in the greater New York City and New Jersey area. He managed numerous chain and independent accounts and worked with brands in growing their business. Jorge also possesses retailer experience, having worked as a grocery and supplements buyer at famed Westerly's Natural Market and LifeThyme Market.
In his spare time Jorge enjoys hitting the gym to lift weights, playing sports, hiking, and traveling. Most of all, he values spending time with family and close friends.
Molly attended the New England School of Communications, earning her Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Science Technology. After graduating, Molly moved to NYC to pursue her career.
For several years, she worked in the hospitality industry, working for restaurants who strongly believed in the farm-to-table style of serving and providing their customers with locally sourced foods. Born and raised in Maine, Molly spent her time hiking, snowboarding, swimming, and gardening, where she grew a love and appreciation for the outdoors.
After years of practicing and benefiting from healthy living, Molly is continuing on this path, and hopes to help others do as well. She is excited that she gets to work with brands that align with her lifestyle.
Roberto was born and raised in the New Jersey metro area. He started his career in the natural foods and nutritional supplements industry in 1998 after living on a fruit farm in Hawaii, where his love for healthy organic foods first sparked. Roberto worked for Whole Foods Market for 11 years at six stores in both New Jersey and New York, including Columbus Circle and Union Square, as Whole Body Buyer and Whole Body Team Leader.
In 2011, Roberto transitioned roles in the industry to become the first east coast Sales Representative for HealthForce Superfoods based in the NYC/ NJ Metro Area. Through these varied experiences, he has built excellent relationships with key retailers in the Northeast and a strong understanding of natural products and supplements.
Roberto enjoys spending time with his lovely family, DJing at his local coffee shop, painting, drawing, and creating street art.
Shawn joins Yin Yang Naturals with over 10+ years of experience in the natural foods and products industry. Shawn has called on numerous chain and independent accounts and worked with brands either as a brand ambassador, merchandiser, or a territory representative. Shawn also possesses consumer electronic, tax preparation and managerial experience. He has over 25 years of customer service experience.
In his spare time Shawn enjoys watching sports, promoting upcoming artist music events, and spending time with family and close friends.

Sonya's professional background began in the restaurant business and eventually found her in the world of NYC interior design. The daughter of a chef, she has always had a great passion for food. As a girl she would travel to local organic farms with her father, procuring seasonal produce that would end up on his menus. Growing up in a farm to table restaurant, healthy, wholesome, natural food has always been central to her daily life; the ethos of "food as medicine" a lifelong pursuit.
Sonya brings this passion for healthy food, strong leadership, organization building and almost a decade of distribution strategy to Yin Yang.
She spends her free time cooking, weightlifting, practicing yoga, hiking the beautiful forests of upstate NY and attending lectures - or just relaxing with her twin kitties, Max and Bea.
Temese Chavis has had extensive sales and marketing experience, having worked for top-tier companies such as Dare Foods, Mosaic, and GC Marketing. She has delivered sales results for brands leveraging sales and marketing techniques for over 17 years and led territory sales efforts for seven years. Temese brings aboard Yin Yang Naturals a strong network, a passion for the food industry that she developed while managing the Lesley Stowe brand, almost two decades of experience leading and managing sales and marketing teams.
Before joining Yin Yang, she led territory sales for the Lesley Stowe, Raincoast Crisps, managing territory sales and working with managers, buyers, and brokers to significantly increase the brand's sales and territory. Temese graduated from Southern University with a BA in Mass Communication, positioning her as an effective communicator and a strong negotiator. In 2006 She acquired a master's in Film Production from New York University, giving her a keen eye for detail and stellar brand communication skills. Temese Chavis has since worked with clients to communicate their brand message better and successfully enter existing and new territories.
Beyond leading sales and driving branding and marketing initiatives, Temese enjoys film and television, visiting the beach, and spending her free time cooking with friends and family.
