Angel grew up in a small town in Ecuador, South America, and moved to the US when he was 20 years old. In 2005, he joined a Chicago natural cheese company and helped them introduce their product to the Hispanic market, which was when his passion for natural and organic food started. Throughout his career, he’s worn many hats and held many positions: delivery driver, local rep, regional sales manager, national sales manager, and broker. His entrepreneurial spirit has allowed him to take all of those opportunities and treat those companies as if they were his own business.
In his free time, Angel loves the outdoors lifestyle – hiking, camping etc. – and he is a proud parent to five children.
