We are actively seeking positive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented sales professionals to join our team and help serve our retail accounts in the following territories:

Territory Manager- East Bay



  1. Develop and strengthen relationships with regional buyers, major store chain buyers, independent and Co-Op buyers, and store staff.

  2. Develop positive and trusting relationships with all principals.

  3. Be an expert in the lines YYN represents in respective region.

  4. Be proactive in supporting retailers, distributors and principals with resets (will require early morning/overnights), store openings, trade shows.

  5. Be proactive in recommending ways to increase sales for principals.

  6. Be aware of and report on efforts by competitors of our principals: new items, new pricing, new packaging, etc.

  7. Collaborate with YYN leadership team to generate ideas for growing our principals’ business and make suggestions for improvement.

  8. Collaborate with YYN leadership team to think of ways to continuously improve ourselves, our service to our principals, and the well-being of our team.



  1. Present and receive buyer approval for new lines/skus.

  2. Ongoing and timely communication with YYN team and principals.

  3. Improve placement of products: eye level, multiple facings, end cap, multiple locations.  Report to YYN team and principals with before/after pics.

  4. Submit schedules and update Market Overviews weekly.

  5. Store visits to complete audits of YYN lines w/ suggestions for opportunities.

  6. Help store buyers restock shelves during store visits.

  7. Ensure out-of-stock SKUs are reordered immediately (via turnover or scanning sell sheets).

  8. Administrative follow up for your retailers (New Item Forms, turnover orders, prepare and submit promo submissions, etc).

  9. Identify and develop new market opportunities.



  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.

  • Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient with technology and capable of learning new skills quickly.



  • Must have a working vehicle and be able to travel independently.

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. independently.

  • May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


Based in East Bay.  Key Accounts covered (but not limited to): Berkeley Bowl, Good Eggs, Andronico’s HQ, Lunardi's HQ.



Direct Report will be to Western Regional Director.



$50,000-$64,000, depending on experience.
